LIMIT ON ENTRIES:You may use only one (1) e-mail address to participate in the Contest. LIMITS: One (1) entry per person per week during the Promotional Period (each a "Promotion Week") and a maximum of ten (10) entries from the Refer a Friend function during the Promotional Period. Each Promotion Week starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on a Monday and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on the following Sunday except for the last week which starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on Monday March 29, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on Wednesday March 31, 2010.
PRIZES: There will be a total of twenty-one (21) Prizes (each, a "Prize") available to be won during the Promotional Period.
Early Bird Prize: There will be one (1) Early Bird Prize available to be won. The Early Bird Prize consists of: one (1) LG 55" LCD High Definition Flat Screen TV model # 55LH90 1080P; one (1) Blu-ray Disc Home Theatre In a Box model # HB954TBW, and four (4) La-Z-Boy Matinee sectional chairs in leather. Approximate retail value of the Early Bird Prize is $15,000 CDN. The La-Z-Boy chairs may take up to six weeks for delivery. If the winner chooses a different material other than the leather and the cost of the material selected is less than the prize of the leather there will be no cash difference awarded. In lieu of the described prize the winner may alternatively select $12,000 CDN. If the winner selects the $12,000 CDN the prize will be issued in the form of a cheque payable in the Winner’s name as it appears on his/her Entry Form.
Secondary Prizes: There will be a total of twenty (20) Secondary Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of a LG Blu-ray Disc Player model #BD 350C. Approximate retail value of each Prize is $229 CDN. In lieu of the described prize the winner may alternatively select $200 CDN. If the winner selects the $200 CDN the prize will be issued in the form of a cheque payable in the Winner’s name as it appears on his/her Entry Form.
DRAWS: There will be two (2) random draws conducted during the Promotional Period. The first random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received by the Early Bird Closing Date. A second random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date including those received by the Early Bird Closing Date. Both draws will be held at approximately 9:00 am (ET) in Oakville, ON. The first random draw will be held on February 4, 2010. The second random draw will be held on April 8, 2010.
